my fav christmas album "White Christmas" and yes..Martina is a country singer. Mr. Green

Wanda SG

Got new cny songs? I thot they all sound about the same... with the same clanging instruments...

Fatum SG

I cannot stand country music at all ... that's what they play here on the radio and in the clubs ... Mad

i feel like an alien when I listen to those hicks ... Mad

the Bear SG

i think they're evil.. therefore the evil laurence can tell the difference..

to us, it's all evil Laughing

i tend to barricade myself in my room during the CNY... i found out that i'm capable of sleeping more than 17 hours per CNY day

elindra SG

Although I'm chinese, CNY songs give me a headache
The loud clanging noises drive me crazy and never fail to put me in a bad mood

LOTUSfairy SG

all ladies...lovely song..

Stand By Your Man

the Bear SG

i hate both types.. country AND western Mad

my wife left me
my dog bit me
my mother abandoned me
my dad shot at me
i've got a mullet
i drink too much moonshine
i'm an inbred hick
and too dumb to die

Laughing

ShrodingersCat SG

Very Happy i like traditional CNY songs when its during tt time
makes me feel happy

but i dont like the songs they play at outlets
cos it talks abt money all the time weird songs.

av98m SG

x 2 Mad Mad Mad

same for christmas songs Mad Mad Mad

av98m SG

ok...SOME are quite nice,

but like you said, most of the stuff played is all the chai shen dao, gong xi fa cai and all the CB fucking shit Mad

Fatum SG

the thing is ... this genre of music is viewed here as exclusively "white" ....

so when someone like me walk into a country music bar, those hat wearing cowboys will turn and stare .....

just take a look at the annual country music awards ....

av98m SG

dun stereotype. there's both good and bad country music Mad

elindra SG

I like Christmas songs though Embarassed

av98m SG

is there no other way?

and do you have a plan b if they decide not to give you permission to travel? Neutral

LOTUSfairy SG

I dun like Chinese New Year...dunno why...I spent my CNY at home zzz...

I cannot take those new videos and songs by some cheng chong Wannabe Dress-less ah lians or Act-Cute Teenages or Over-makeup child almost porn...

and they are from the neighbouring countries..

some even kana dance remixes... Rolling Eyes

av98m SG

CNY and Christmas make me borderline suicidal Mad
